The very core of your writing whilst sounding reasonable in the beginning, did not really work well with me personally after some time. Someplace throughout the paragraphs you actually were able to make me a believer unfortunately just for a short while. I still have a problem with your leaps in assumptions and you might do nicely to help fill in those gaps. In the event you actually can accomplish that, I could surely be amazed.

[...] Pfizer Breast Cancer Lawsuit – Only weeks after loosing a personal injury lawsuit filed by Connie Barton for $75 million, pharmaceutical company Pfizer is found liable for a similar lawsuit filed by Donna Kendall in the amount of $34 million. Kendall used Premarin, Prempo, and Provera, all manufactured by subsidiaries owned by Pfizer, for over 11 years and claims to have developed breast cancer as a result of her prolonged use. A spokesperson for Pfizer said the verdicts were a disappointment, as they were not fully supported by evidence, and that the company plans to appeal both cases.
The sad truth to this story is that Pfizer continues to sell Premarin and similar products that have been ruled to correlated with cancer in many women.

I think that it's great that several women have one their lawsuits against Pfizer, but they'll never see a dime... unfortunately. A Pfizer spokersperson has already stated that they will appeal this case, like they've appealed all those before this, and these poor women will most likely be dead before Pfizer "mans up" and faces the consequences of their actions. They'll literally get away with murder, again and again.
