Tiger Woods DUI – Tiger Woods has hired famous criminal defense attorney, Mark NeJame, to represent him against any criminal charges brought forth due to his Friday morning car accident in front of his Florida home. Mark NeJame is possibly best know for representing Casey Anthony’s parents, Jesse Maali, and Lou Pearlman. Both Tiger and his wife refused to provide local police with a statement after his accident, only stating on his website that he was at fault for the accident and that it is now a private family matter. Without a statement from either Tiger or his wife, and with no witnesses, police have little to go on.

The latest proposal asks that both lender and senior noteholders be fully paid, and further asks that senior noteholders be provided with up to 81 percent of the reorganized company’s stock; a far cry higher than the board’s first offer of less than 5 percent.
